Return & Refund Policy

At DIY Air Purifier, your satisfaction and trust are always our top priority.
Every DIY Clean Air Purifier is checked thoroughly by our Quality Control team before dispatch.

1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If you receive a product that is not working on arrival, please contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Mandatory: An unboxing video is required to process DOA claims.


2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos/video.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


3. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned
  • An unboxing video is required for replacement/refund
  • Returns without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted

⚠️ Note:
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer in cases where the return is not due to a defective product or a wrong shipment.


4. Return Approval Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID
  2. Share clear photos/videos + unboxing clip
  3. Get approval & return address from our team
  4. Ship the item back using any reliable courier
  5. Share the tracking number with us

We process returns within 3–5 business days once the package reaches us.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Refund reflects in account: Up to 7 working days (depending on your bank)

Refund will NOT be issued if:

  • The package is lost due to courier mishandling
  • Your order does not arrive due to events outside our control (natural disasters, customs delays, etc.)
  • The item is returned used, damaged, or missing accessories
  • The product was bought under “Sale”
  • Replacement units sent to you are non-refundable


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • If already shipped, you may request a return after delivery (return shipping applies)


7. Special Notes

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable, except for DOA or wrong-product cases
  • We resend replacement units using standard shipping
  • If you want express shipping for replacement, additional charges will apply
  • Any free gifts/promotional items must be returned as well. Their value will be deducted if not returned
